§ 92-3. Compliance required.

Any person, firm or corporation, all hereinafter "the applicant," seeking to install or to have installed a heating stove or fireplace, fueled by wood, coal or any other fuel, in any building, as the same is defined by the Zoning Law of the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson, within the incorporated area of the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson shall comply with the provisions of this chapter.
